You can request a MARCIMS account 24/7 through the Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA) Support Center.
Eligibility
- All USMC Marines, civilians, and contractors
- Non-USMC personnel with a USMC sponsor and justification
Account creation typically takes 1 business day once all required information is validated.

- Permission level (read-only or full read/write)
