You can request a MARCIMS account 24/7 through the Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA) Support Center.

Eligibility

  • All USMC Marines, civilians, and contractors
  • Non-USMC personnel with a USMC sponsor and justification

Account creation typically takes 1 business day once all required information is validated.

Step 1: Gather Required Information

  2. Rank
  3. Unit
  4. MOS
  5. Telephone call-back number
  6. Email address associated with the MARCIMS account
    • Government email (recommended)
    • Personal email (allowed if government email is unavailable or inaccessible)
  7. Account type requested
    • Production – real-world operational data
    • Training – notional / training data
  8. Sponsor information (if applicable)
    • Sponsor name
    • Sponsor email address
    • Justification for access
    • Permission level (read-only or full read/write)
